Need Help with Returns?
If you’re not completely happy with your Seasalt Wear order, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
How to Return an Item
- Log in to your account at seasaltwears.com and go to ‘My Orders’ to start your return.
- Pack your return securely, including the original order confirmation or returns note.
- Send it back to us using your preferred postal service.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item isn’t in stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on pierced earrings, face coverings, or swimwear with hygiene seals removed.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
